I was lucky enough to be introduced to Tracy Siegel through my Acupuncturist! We were quick friends and her enthusiasm for what she does is contagious.

My favorite part of her take on nutrition is that she will never tell you “You can’t eat that!”. We wanted her brand to be clean, and simple, and fresh – just like her.

After many years working on the business side of healthcare, she saw how expensive and painful it was for families to not have the support they needed taking control of their health through diet. Her goal in life is to help people enjoy eating again.

I could totally relate to her story, her mission, and her philosophy on food and diet. We had a great time working together and I learned so much from her.

When she’s not helping people feel better through food, she’s chasing around a young son and a new puppy!

She’s funny and fun and easy to talk to – I know she’s going to change many lives!
